I’m Mary Ann Balleta, and I have a background in quality assurance, graphic design, and a love for creativity and animals. I’ve been working as a QA Staff at Word2Kindle for almost 3 years, where I specialize in reviewing files for accuracy and ensuring they meet client standards. This experience has sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my time management, and taught me how to work independently in a remote setup.Outside of work, I enjoy doing graphic design projects such as wedding and birthday invitations, which I usually create for my friends and family. It’s something I’m passionate about and allows me to explore my creativity. I'm also a proud pet mom to both cats and a dog—they bring so much joy and balance to my life.Being a QA has trained me to understand client expectations and consistently deliver high-quality outputs. Working remotely has helped me develop strong self-discipline and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. I’m currently seeking a role where I can continue to grow, contribute meaningfully, and further develop both my technical and creative skills.
